  1. Can I return a product?

    Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product must be shipped or returned to the company within 14 calendar days.
    • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Make sure that the product is undamaged, has not been worn, used or damaged in any way and that it is returned in its original packaging with its labels and all relevant documents (retail receipt or sales invoice, certificates, etc.).
  2. How can I return a product?

    The product can be returned directly to our physical store, at 13 Mitropoleos & Voulis str., Syntagma.

    Alternatively, the product can be returned via the courier service with which it was sent to you. In this case, please contact our company beforehand and then send an e-mail to info@kori.gr stating your full name, order number, a brief description of the product with its code and, optionally, the reason for returning it to help us improve our services.

  3. Return costs

    The return cost is covered by our store in the following cases:

    • If the product you received is defective.
    • If there was a mistake in the execution of your order (different product code).
    • If the product you received was damaged during shipment.

    In all other cases, the cost of the return is covered by the customer.

    In all cases, the return is at the risk and responsibility of the customer.

  4. I received a defective product. What should I do?

    We make sure that every product sent to you is checked before it is shipped. However, in the rare case of a defective product, you may return the product and request either a replacement or a refund in the case of a unique object.

    In the event of receiving a defective product, the customer should contact our store as soon as possible via email or phone. To return the product, the return conditions must be met: the product must be returned within 14 calendar days, in its original condition and packaging and accompanied by its labels and relevant documents (retail receipt or sales invoice, certificates, etc.).

  5. I received a product that was damaged during shipment. What should I do?

    We make every effort to ensure that the product you receive gets to you safely. If, despite its protective packaging, the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us immediately so that you can be given instructions for the safe return of the product and its replacement or a refund in the case of a unique object.

    If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipment, please conctact us as soon as possible by email or phone. After 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, returns are not accepted.

  6. Can I exchange a product?

    Exchanges of products that were purchased through our online store can be made at our physical store, 13 Mitropoleos & Voulis str., Syntagma.

  7. Refunds

    After our company receives the returned product, we will check its condition, approve the return and initiate the refund process. This process usually takes from 7 to 14 days from the day of receipt of the product by our company.

    The refund will be made in the same way as the original purchase was made and in the same currency.
