To which areas are product shipments made?
Shipments are made throughout Greece and to most foreign countries, both within and outside the European Union.

What are the shipping services and costs?
Within the Greek territory, our products are shipped via courier companies. In EU countries, shipments are made by courier service (DHL). Outside the EU, shipments are carried out via ELTA or alternatively via courier service (DHL).
The cost of the shipment depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel as well as the destination. The shipping cost is calculated before payment and is displayed in the shopping cart.
For jewelry orders, shipping is free for orders with a value:
- over 100 euros, for shipments within the Greek territory
- over 300 euros, for shipments abroad.

Will there be additional taxes on the amounts indicated in the e-shop?
Orders within Greece and the European Union do not incur additional taxes. If the country of shipment is outside the European Union, in this case, there may be duties depending on the customs policy of the destination country.

When will I receive my order?
In the Attica region, most orders are delivered within 1-5 working days. In the rest of Greece, most orders are delivered within 3-6 working days.
In European Union countries, orders are usually delivered within 6-10 working days, while in other countries the delivery time is 2-4 weeks.
Please note that for shipments outside Greece, there is the possibility of a shorter delivery time. In such a case, please contact us at info@kori.gr, as well as by phone at +30 210.323.3534 from Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m..

How can I track my order?
A tracking number of the shipping company will be assigned to the shipment of your order. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the package.
