In full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – EU 2016/679, as well as the provisions of the Law 4624/2019 which establishes further measures for the implementation of the GDPR in Greece, our e-shop collect and process your personal data in order to provide specific services and conform to your requirements.

Access and use of your personal data provided on our website have specific authorized employees of our company and external contractors who have undertaken the implementation of our services. Between our company and the third-party recipients there are contracts with the necessary commitments of confidentiality and privacy. Partner transport companies are informed of your name, address and phone number, so as to ship your order timely and safely.
No one, apart from the authorized employees and external contractors, can access your personal data without your consent. Moreover, our company does not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU.
Regarding the e-payments by credit or debit card that take place in our online store, we assure you that no employee of our company, nor any external partner has access to your card details, which are not stored in our files, since transactions are carried out through a safe banking payment system with card data encryption.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data in particular to automated processing. Exceptionally, you do not have the right to object to processing when this is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract.
Your personal data may be disclosed to the Supervisory Αuthority in case of a data breach and as a data subject you have also the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
DURATION OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Art. 5 & 17 of the GDPR, your personal data is stored by our company for the shortest period of time to provide you with the best possible quality of service. For example, when you place an order in our e-shop, your personal data is stored for as long as necessary for the completion and execution of your order and the establishment of legal claims under the contract.
If you have an account in our e-shop, your data is stored for each next order and always for your convenience. You also have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, unless the storage of your data is required by law or circumstances.
You also have the right to obtain the rectification, completion and the update of your data. Moreover, you have the right to access your data by submitting a request on how we process your personal data, and also in order to provide you with copies of the data processed. Within one month of receiving your request, you will receive a response on behalf of our company.
To ensure the confidentiality of data transfer, our company uses an encryption protocol.
Finally, we remind you that in accordance with Art. 8 of the GDPR, by giving your consent, you declare responsibly that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16 years old, you can use our website and services only with the participation and consent of a parent or guardian.
