  1. How can I make a purchase online?

    From the e-shop menu, you can browse the product categories you are interested in. You can also access new products through the New Arrivals category. If you wish to purchase one or more products, you will need to add them to your shopping cart. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping address (and billing address, if different) and select a payment method. Finalize your selection and proceed to payment. You can also place an order on our website by logging into your personal account.

    If your order contains more than one product, your order may be shipped either in parts or in its entirety, as soon as the last product is available for shipment.

  2. How will I know if my order has been registered?

  3. Can I add a product to an order that has already been placed?

    You have the possibility to add a product to your order while it is in the preparation stage and has not yet been shipped. If your order is in the shipping stage, then you can only place a new order.

  4. Can I cancel my order?

    The possibility to cancel an order is possible if this is still in the preparation stage and has not been shipped. In case of timely cancellation of the order, the refund of the amount paid will be made as soon as possible and within 7 days at the latest.

  5. Can I receive my order gift wrapped?

    By checking the appropriate field when placing your order, you will receive the product your ordered gift wrapped. KORI offers you free gift wrapping. If you wish, you can send the product directly to a third party recipient. All you need to do is enter a recipient address other than the billing address:

    • Select the gift wrapping field.
    • Fill in the billing details with your personal information.
    • Fill in the shipping details with the information of the person to whom you wish to send the gift.
    • Send your gift!
  6. How does the pre-order of a product work?

    In many products, there is the possibility of pre-ordering. This means that you can purchase a product that is not readily available so that it can be shipped to you as soon as possible. The availability and delivery time for unavailable products is generally between 2 and 5 weeks.

  7. Why is the product I received a little different from the product pictured in the online store?

    Minor variations in our products are to be expected and are due to their entirely handmade nature. In no way do they diminish either the value of the item you receive or its aesthetics. On the contrary, they make each piece unique. However, if the item you have received is not to your satisfaction, you may return it, provided that the conditions for return are met.

  8. Is there a physical store?

    KORI is located in the centre of Athens. Our address is 13 Mitropoleos & Voulis str., Syntagma.

  9. Can I pick up a product from the physical store?

    By checking the appropriate box when placing your order, you can pick up your order directly from our physical store, at 13 Mitropoleos & Voulis str., Syntagma.

    As soon as the product is available for pickup, you will receive an email that you will have to present at the store upon pickup, along with your ID.

  10. Protective measures against COVID-19 in the physical store.

    In order to ensure the safety of both its customers and employees, KORI fully complies with the guidelines and health and safety protocols taken by the Greek government to contain the COVID-19 epidemic.

  11. How can I pay for an order?

    Your order can be paid in the following ways :

    • By credit or debit card via the secure Alpha e-Commerce Platform of Alpha Bank of our online store.
    • Via Pay Link. We will send you a link that you will follow to pay with your credit card.
    • Via PayPal.
    • By deposit to our company's bank account. If you choose this payment method, you will be sent an email with our company's bank details. Please note that, in this case, there may be a delay of 1 to 3 working days until your order is completed.
  12. Is it safe to use a credit card on

    Credit card transactions are fully secured. They are carried out on Alpha Bank's secure platform, Alpha e-Commerce. During the transaction, your card details are protected by encryption and cannot be accessed.

  13. Which cards are accepted?

    You can pay for your order with all the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners.

  14. When will my card be charged?

    Your credit or debit card will be charged at the time of your order entry.

  15. In what currency are payments made?

    All payments are made in Euros.
